The staff at the hotel were really attentive. Hanna helped with dinner reservations. The meals at the à la carte restaurants were very good, and offered lots of variety.

The beach had many rocks. I needed water shoes. The beach sand wasn't clean, a little disappointing.

i found the hotel clean and WELL decorated. there are two expansive swimming pools and direct access to a private beach. the beach was suitable for snorkelling and i could access many restaurants along with the buffet. i LOVED the well-kept gardens.

the internet service in the rooms WAS somewhat inconsistent.

the junior suite is spacious, bright, and had a GREAT view. the hotel has a wide variety of restaurants available all inclusive. there are six a la carte restaurants, a cafe with coffee and cake, and a lounge bar by the pool.
